Friendly, Efficient, Affordable & Relateable!!We have gone through 3 other plumbers & we wish we would have booked EPS sooner! I called this morning & after speaking with the receptionist I was astonished that they were able to send someone out to our condo so quickly! Within 1 hour Lyle came to assess our problems & he was so nice & helpful. Not only did he teach me a thing or two about plumbing, he was very professional & was able to get us the best deal to ensure we were able to get the services we needed done. What was also nice is that he was very familiar with our condo building, as this company is the crowd favorite amongst the residents & does a lot of work in our building. He did the assessment & within 30 minutes the team was right behind him to fix our toilets.Matthew & Calvin were the technicians & they were also so nice & professional! They got the job done so quickly & were able to explain everything that they did. Which is helpful as a newer home owner that has zero plumbing experience!The entire team from start to finish was so great, I would give them 10 stars if I could! We will definitely be calling EPS for all of our plumbing needs. The affordability is a major selling point to us, but the personability each of the guys gave made it feel like I knew them & could trust them. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you, EPS!

I called EPS to do an estimate for a commercial job. They let me know that a plumber would be here between 12-2pm and even called in advance to let me know the the plumber was on his way. An estimate was sent to me quickly. They were professional and very informative and communicated well. If I have plumbing issues again, I will definitely be giving them a call. Thank you EPS for the great customer service. You are all amazing.

Very informative very profesional.myron was most helpful and even came saturday to finish the job My room got damaged and did not know who to turn to. On Google I saw eps emergency and called. All the people I spoke with were very accomadating to my schedule. Up front on repair and price was very grateful that it was reasonable that I could afford the work. Would highly recommend this company.they even matched my paint color. Thank you again

Lyle and Harley were both very friendly and helpful. Service was top notch not inexpensive but you get what you pay for and I believe they are very good company to work with. They have a few minor problems with scheduling but worth the wait I would recommend them highly.
